25 | On 6/28/2023 at 12:30pm, an Required - 1 Year inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Laura Chavez and Julie Gifford. The facility operates 6:30am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 12:05pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. The school-age program operates in the Green Room.
During today's inspection children were on a field trip to the library. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with grass and free of hazards.
Five children's records were reviewed at 10:23am. One staff record was reviewed at 10:23am.
There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.

Curriculum and Philosophy Advisor Kim Hicks was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
