32 | Based on LPA’s observations on 07/08/19, LPA observed eight children being supervised by two teachers. During LPA’s follow-up visit to the facility on 08/21/19, there were no preschool children in care at the time of the visit. During today’s visit, LPA observed fifteen children being supervised by three staff members. The facility was operating within ratio during both times LPA was present when there were preschool children in care. In addition, LPA did not observe any preschool children in soiled clothing at the center. During the investigation, LPA reviewed the preschool’s attendance log for the week of 06/24/19. The log showed that on 06/24/19, there were a total of ten preschool children present. On 06/25/19, there were eight preschool children present. On 06/26/19, there were fourteen preschool children present. On 06/27/19, there were ten preschool children present. Finally, on 06/28/19, the log showed that there were six preschool children present at the center.
Based on available information, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.
All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided.
