13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Cunningham met with the Licensee to deliver complaint findings. The meeting was conducted via tele-inspection due to the current state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. It is alleged the Licensee is operating beyond the terms of the license; specifically, the Licensee allowed a child under 2 years old (child 1) to attend the program. LPA met with the Licensee on 02/26/20 and discussed the allegation filed against the facility. The licensee denied the allegation and stated Child 1 was two years old when the child began attending the facility. No records could confirm the child’s date of birth and interviews conducted with staff, parents, and the Licensee did not provide enough evidence for LPA to determine if the allegation did or did not occur. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the finding is unsubstantiated. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited regarding this allegation. Appeal Rights were provided. |
