25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) N. Cunningham made an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to the facility to clear two citations issued on 02/14/2020. LPA met with the Licensee and stated the purpose of the visit.
On 02/14/20, one citation was issued for care and supervision, specifically not providing constant supervision. The Licensee made several changes to the classroom schedule and children's routine to eliminate opportunities for children to be unsupervised. One change, Children now wave good-buy to their parents from a window in the small classroom which ensures children are always supervised. During today's inspection, LPA observed the Licensee, Staff 2 and Staff 3 providing adequate supervision to children in care.
On 02/14/20, a second citation was issued due to Staff 4 not having fingerprint clearance. All staff have fingerprint clearance and all are associated to the facility. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed staff files and observed all staff to have fingerprint clearance.
LPA cleared the two type B deficiencies and provided the POC Clearance Letter to the Licensee. This report was reviewed and discussed with the Licensee. All Licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's inspection.
There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. |
