A case management inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Yang at the request of the center director. During today’s inspection, LPA met with center director Shirley Schallon and Maria Elena Oberti. Center director Shirley Schallon informed LPA that Maria Elena Oberti would be assuming the role of center director effective August 19, 2019. The facility's operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am to 05:00pm. During today’s inspection visit, LPA provided the center director with information pertaining to Title 22 regulations and a change of director and obtained updated facility documents and personnel records for Maria Elena Oberti.

During today’s inspection, there were no day care children in care.

This report was reviewed and discussed with the center director. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
