The fireplace in the family room has been made inaccessible with a screen. Mrs. Better-Stefanski states does not use the fireplace at all. There is a working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher rated at least 2-A,10:BC. The licensee has conducted an emergency drill within the past six months, most recent Fire drill was documented on 05/10/22. The licensee stated there are no firearms and/or other dangerous weapons in the home, and none were observed during today's inspection.
