A case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Yang at the request of the licensee North Bay Children's Center Inc. to provide consultation regarding an increase of capacity application. During today's case management visit, LPA met with Site Supervisor Nicole Porter, Area Director Jenny Copeland, and Program Director Kristina Sisseck. LPA toured the facility and provided consultation regarding regulations pertaining to a child care center and capacity determination and limitations on capacity. The licensee requests an increase of capacity to 54 preschool age children. The facility is currently licensed for 30 preschool age children.

This report was read and reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Area Director, and Program Director.

There were no Title 22 deficiencies observed during today's inspection. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days.
