Licensee will provide the above documentation if classroom #6 will be utilize as a play space as weather dictates. At this time, this space is not to be used by day care children.
During today's visit, LPA observed that licensee has adequate cushioning, but is not in place in fall zones. LPA is recommending that licensee rakes cushioning into the fall zones and does this as part of staff routine to ensure cushioning is in place as needed.
During today's visit, LPA observed that licensee has utilized pool noodles and blue duck tape on the metal climbing structure. LPA observed that the blue duck tape is peeling, thereby exposing the foam underneath. Licensee is recommending that licensee make repairs to these areas to ensure no foam is showing. This is for disinfection and sanitary reasons.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency to be cited. Exit interview conducted with Director, Vanessa Cataline. A copy of this report need to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board.
