25 | A required inspection is being conducted by LPA Claudia Henley. Met with director Ms. O'Neill. A tour of facility was conducted inside and outside. Staff and children were spoken to during visit. The following areas are in compliance during this visit: There are no bodies of water on the premises. Poisons are inaccessible to children. School age classrooms are clean and safe. Disinfectants and hazardous items are inaccessible to children. No medication is being given at this time. Fire/disaster drill was conducted in 2/13/2020. Carbon monoxide detectors are installed and in working order. Furniture and equipment are sufficient, age appropriate and in good repair. The playground equipment and outdoor activity space is maintained and in good condition. Adequate bark cushioning available under and around the climbing structures and swings. Children's toilets, hand washing facilities are sanitary. Food preparation area is clean, food is protected from contamination. The facility is in compliance with conditions and limitations specified on the license. Teacher/child ratios are maintained and adequate supervision is being provided during this visit. No excluded individuals are present. Staff subject to a criminal record clearance or exemption are associated to the facility. First aid/CPR reviewed and in compliance. Sign in/sign out sheets maintained. Reviewed four children's files. Reviewed staff files. Staff have immunization records in the file and current on the Online Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training.
The day care hours and days of operation are: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
No deficiencies were cited per Title 22 Regulations.
