The total inside preschool area measured to an approximate 1,496 square feet which will accommodate the requested capacity of 40 preschool children. There are a total of 4 toilets and 5 sinks/hand washing fixtures which will accommodate 40 preschool children. Facility has a waiver on file to allow for preschool children to share the bathroom with elementary age children but now the preschool has its own exclusive bathrooms so the waiver will no longer be needed.
