25 | On 7/18/2023 at 9:55 AM, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), J. Helton. Operating hours are 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 11:00 AM inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. The Director and 2 teachers were supervising 16 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The i-nground pool is fully fenced with Title 22 approved fencing and there is a waiver on file for door locks on center door and pad lock on gate to playground. There is an alarm on kitchen door, and the terms of the waiver are being met. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with bark and free of hazards.

The following deficiencies were cited Type B citation for late lead water testing. (see LIC 809D):

The director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
