On 6/18/2024 at 11:00am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Elizabeth Friese. At 11:15am the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 10 children and operating outside the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. Assistant arrived within 10 minutes of LPA's arrival. The facility’s operating hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are 2 bedrooms and the garage, and were made inaccessible by doorknob cover and lock. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There is an in ground pool in the back yard. The pool is fully fenced with Title 22 regulation fencing.

3 children's records were reviewed at 11:38am. 2 staff records were reviewed at 11:58am. There are currently 2 adults living in the home.

The following deficiencies were cited: 1 of 3 children's files missing LIC 700 (ID card), 1 of 3 children's files missing immunizations, 1 of 3 children's files missing LIC 627 (consent to treat), fire drill log unavailable, 15 minute sleep logs not current, licensee operating out of ratio. (see LIC 809D):
