Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martinez and Marks conducted an announced visit with Fawn Ueberschaer, Director of Child Development programs for Yuba City Unified School District. The purpose of today's visit was to measure the new Preschool classroom and play area located at Barry Elementary School. The department received an approved fire clearance 5/4/19 by the local fire department. The preschool is requesting a capacity of 24 children at this time. The children will remain using the previous restrooms on site. The room measured for 24 children the outside area measured for 32 children. Therefore the room change with a capacity of 24 was approved.

Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
