25 | On 8/13/2024 @ 9:00am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Erica Laird and Kayla Danielson conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPAs met with site supervisor Leticia Salazar. LPA's conducted an inspection of the facility for the purpose of reactivating the facility site. Operating hours are 8:00am-11:00am and 11:45am-2:45pm, Monday-Thursday.
LPA's inspected the classroom and playground, which met Title 22 requirements. There are two toilets and two sinks for children's use and a separate staff bathroom. The playground is cushioned with grass and wood chips and free of hazards. The facility is equipped with a working smoke detector and fire extinguisher rated at least 2A10BC and the carbon monoxide was tested during inspection. Children do not nap at the facility.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed policies pertaining to the storage of “medication and equipment/supplies, and children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
