32 | The LPA reviewed 3 out of 3 staff records at 11:04 am and health screen forms were on file. Staff (S1) has a valid first aid (expires 8/20)/CPR card (expires on 6/20). The LPA reviewed 23 out of 23 children records at 11:19 am , and contained identification forms with authorized representative information, as well as medical assessments. The sign in/out procedure was reviewed and in compliance. The last disaster drill(s) were recorded on 10/23/19 for the AM class and 10/25/19 for the PM class. This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. During today's visit staffing ratios were being met. Staff had required Mandated Reporter certifications. The report was reviewed and discussed with the Site Supervisor.
