25 | On 9/20/23 at 12:04pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mendez. At [time] the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 2 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 4:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the kitchen and three bedrooms and were made inaccessible by lock. The children use the front yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There were no pools or other bodies of water observed in the yard.
Four children's records were reviewed at 12:11pm. One staff record was reviewed at 12:21pm. There are currently 3 adults living in the home.
The following deficiencies were cited, licensee's first aid/CPR on file is expired (see LIC 809D):
