25 | On 1/29/2024 at 2:50 p.m., an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst LPA, J.Gifford. At 3:10 p.m., the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 2 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 7: a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday and Friday 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and the floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and the main portion of the home, and were made inaccessible by baby gates and latch lock. The children use the back and front yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. The gates open and close. When children outside the gates are closed.
