25 | On 01/13/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nohemi Sanchez conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with Site Supervisor Maria Trevino. The purpose of this visit is to inspect changes made to classroom 4, previously classified as Classroom 4A and 4B. A wall partition that had divided the room in half has been removed, extending the space now designated as Classroom 4. The LPA observed all indoor activity areas equipped with safe, age-appropriate furniture equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for children. Additionally, the classroom includes two child size restrooms, one changing table, and three sinks for children to use. Drinking water is available in the classrooms through water dispenser and disposable cups. The LPA has approved the classroom for children’s use, effective 01/13/2025.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Maria Trevino. Appeal rights were provided.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
