On this date, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kathy Pacheco conducted an unannounced inspection at the facility and met with Administrator, Laura Aguilar. The purpose of the inspection was to observe a new playground structure at the facility. LPA observed the new structure to be installed professionally with appropriate anchoring of the structure. The new playground structure is placed on soft sand and under a large shade port/tarp for shade. The facility may use the newly installed playground structure for preschool children, effective today.

Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies are observed today.
