25 | An unannounced Case Management inspection was made at this Pre school center by LPA Patricia Musso today. Site Supervisor Judy Williams was away from the center on
meeting. Judy returned during this inspeciton.
This Case Management inspection is being conducted because of an incident that was reported to CCL.
There was a pipe between classrooms C & D that bursted sometime Monday morning, or over the weekend That busted pipe caused the south classrooms, classrooms C & D,
to be flooded with water.
Service people have been in classrooms C & D all week removing items, cleaning out the flood and now replacing the flooring. Some of the children, because of child care need, were moved with staff to classrooms A & B.
The hope is to be done with all the needed repairs and be able to allow children form
classrooms C & D back to this center, by next week. The parents will be notified when the children will be able to return.
LPA instructed Gina to have Judy Williams call LPA once she knows when this facility
will be back in full operation with classrooms C & D.
With the information received today, and per Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiency is cited today.
During exit interview LPA viewed the provided LIC9213 being posted along
with instructions to post for 30 days. |
