13 | On 05/01/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Meche Rosales arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection and deliver investigation findings. LPA met with site supervisor Sylvia Walker, a census was taken, and a tour of the facility was conducted.
During the course of this investigation, staff, children and parents were interviewed and files were reviewed. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging staff did not meet day care child’s diapering needs. It was determined that after children were signed in parents were offered the opportunity to do any immediately needed diaper changes, however, there is insufficient evidence to prove that any diaper changes were done by other than staff. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove any violation occurred; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
