25 | On 1/26/2022, An unannounced Annual Random visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jose Penate. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Erika Rosique and toured the facility, both indoors and outdoors. This facility runs year around, Monday-Friday 5:00AM to 5:00PM.
Classroom #804-#805-#809-#810-#811 accommodates the preschool age children and classroom #803 accommodates toddler children. The toddler restroom has a changing table that meets regulations, it also has a changing table that has a sink at arm’s reach.
There are no bodies of water on site. Firearms/weapons are not allowed or stored on premises. All children are under supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at all times. There is a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than 12 children in attendance. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions and other dangerous items shall be inaccessible to children. No poisons were observed during today’s visit. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic free. All toilets, hand washing, and bathing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating conditions. All floors are clean and safe. Furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. The facility offers breakfast, lunch and a PM snack, that are delivered from elementary cafeteria. Menus are posted at least one week in advance, where an authorized representative can view them. All food is protected from contamination, and contaminated food is discarded immediately. Solid waste storage vessels, including moveable bins, have tight-fitting covers on, and are in good repair.
