32 | In addition LPA Ocegueda discussed that if the facility is no longer using room #60 for care as was originally licensed and approved the following would have to be submitted to the Department to lower their capacity: Cover letter explaining the change, updated application, updated facility sketch, updated Emergency Disaster Plan, Local Fire Authority Inspection form (LIC 9054).
It was explained to Program Coordinator Amy Sullivan that the capacity will have to be decreased as now they are using less square footage for care then when it was originally licensed.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
An exit interview was conducted with Early Childhood Education Lead Margaret McLain. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
