25 | On 03/27/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daniel Alvarez met with Licensee Veronica Contreras for the purpose of a case management inspection. Learning Trails Preschool is located on the premises of Community Presbyterian Church. The preschool classrooms are located on the lower level of the church and sustained flood damage and have been closed since 3/10/23. The estimated time frame for repairs to the classrooms is 3 to 6 months.
Licensee is requesting a temporary relocation to utilize the Rectory Hall located on the same premises at the same address, 43410 Sierra Drive, Three Rivers, 93271. A map of the premises and facility sketch have been provided to LPA. The Rectory Hall has a fire clearance obtained through the church and a copy has been provided to LPA today. The Rectory Hall will not be used by the Church or allow public access during the hours of preschool operation. The preschool operates year round Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Licensee has the necessary furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies set up to accommodate the preschool and toddler children. The licensed capacity is a total of 30 which includes a toddler option program for up to 6. Bathrooms are available inside the Rectory Hall and there are 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a changing table. Appropriate supervision will be provided while children are using the restroom. There is a water cooler with disposable cups (or the child’s own water bottle) for children’s water inside and a water container with disposable cups will be used for outside water. The playground remains operational for use. Parents are required to provide children’s breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Licensee agrees to keep Community Care Licensing updated regarding the completion date of repairs.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today’s visit. Exit interview conducted with Veronica Contreras. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board. |
