On 9/2/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ocegueda conducted a case management inspection for the purpose of reviewing Personal Rights regulations/requirements. LPA Ocegueda toured the facility and a census was taken. LPA met with Licensee Mikayla Padilla (formally known as Mikayla Day).

LPA discussed with licensee the requirements for licensees and all staff/assistants to follow all Personal Rights regulations. LPA read the regulation in its entirety out loud with licensee. LPA also reviewed Parents Rights with licensee and reminded licensee that parents have the right to enter and inspect the facility during operational hours.

LPA encouraged licensee to connect with her current resource and referral agency who could help provide her and her staff training's and resources. Licensee stated she was currently connected to her local resource and referral agency and has their contact information. LPA Ocegueda also encouraged licensee to log onto the Licensing Department website to obtain additional online resources/training's and provided her with the website (ccld.ca.gov). Lastly, LPA discussed safe sleep regulations with licensee. LPA encouraged licensee to contact our Department should she have any questions about any requirements or regulations.

An exit interview was conducted with licensee Mikayla Padilla today. Per Title 22, division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit to be Posted for 30 days.
