On October 20, 2021 at 11:29 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude a complaint investigation. LPAs met with facility Director Sarah Hutson and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 29 children in care at the time of the inspection.

Allegation(s) stated a daycare child was left unsupervised resulting in injuries. LPA conducted two unannounced inspections touring the facility inside and out. During the course of the investigation, LPA reviewed children files identifying unusual incident reports and conducted interviews with the staff identified in the the report. Staff denied during the interviews that a child was left unsupervised resulting in injuries. LPAs attempted to contact the Reporting Party and the child identified in the report legal guardian to gather more information. No evidence was gathered to collaborate with the allegation(s). Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
