The following inspection is a continuation of 11/02/2020 visit performed by LPA Pedroza.
On December 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Laxo conducted a Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection with Laurie Cornell, Program Director regarding the request for a capacity increase which includes the addition of 12 school age children, waiver granted 10/22/2020. Due to COVIID-19 and Department of Public Health guidelines of social distancing, a tele-video inspection was conducted via Facetime with Laurie Cornell. A virtual tour of classroom #3, three private bathrooms and outdoor area was performed.

The school age children will have a separate classroom (#3 which is also used as a school classroom) and will not commingle with the preschool. The three bathrooms for school age children are private and each contain one toilet and sink. There are two no-touch filtered water stations for the children to use inside and out. The fire clearance was granted for classrooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the pavilion on 12/11/2020.

LPA reviewed with Program Director the COVID-19 precautions and updated regulations. Director stated the preschool and school campus is closed for winter break.
This report will be sent to Licensee via email with a read receipt for confirmation of receipt of email, Licensee will need to sign and return to LPA within 24 hours. Licensed capacity is 52 children, effective today (12/22/2020), which includes 40 preschool and 12 school age children.
