On July 20, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced 1 Year Required Inspection and met with Director Ms. Melanie Austin. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection. Prior to inspection LPA asked screening questions related to COVID -19 and responses indicate there are no COVID-19 exposure on site. The Child Care Center (CCC) is located in the ground to Trinity Lutheran Church. Currently the CCC operates the Summer Program which commenced on June 27, 2022 ends on July 22, 2022, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The CCC resumes its regular operation on August 30, 2022.

The CCC was licensed to use 4 classrooms, during summer program only the Butterfly classroom is being used. Licensing required forms are posted in each classroom and in front of the building common area. The outdoor playground is enclosed with the vinyl fence, It has age appropriate toys and equipment. The playground has an ample amount of wood chip cushioning, there is sufficient shade for children's outdoor play. The CCC has drinking water available for children inside and out. Center conducts fire and disaster drill every month.

Center uses individual sign-in/out sheet for each child which was found in compliance. A sampling of children and staff records were reviewed. Staff qualifications and requirements were reviewed and verified. Teachers present have current Pediatric First Aid/CPR certificates that expire on 3/9/2023 LPA verified SB 792 Child Care Adult Immunization record and tuberculosis requirements.
