On September 4, 2024 at 9:35 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Aaliyah Zendejas and Susana Martinez conducted an unannounced visit to the above mentioned facility (CCC) for the purpose of closing a complaint. LPAs met with Director Debbie Blumenthal and explained the purpose of the visit. LPAs conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility with Director, Debbie Blumenthal. LPAs observed a total of 133 children under the care and supervision of 33 staff members.

LPA Zendejas conducted interviews with parents, staff, Director and Assistant Director regarding the abovementioned allegation. LPA Zendejas interviewed staff who denied witnessing or partaking in allegation of staff not letting child sleep without disturbance. During LPA's interview with Director, Director had no knowledge or incident of a staff member disturbing a child during nap time. LPA's interviews with parents issued no concerns over their child's napping practices while in the facility.
