On December 9, 2021 at 11:31 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs asked Covid-19 screening questions prior to conducting the inspection. LPAs met with facility Supervisor Antonio Frias and advised him the purpose of the inspection. Supervisor provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were four (4) children in care at the time of the inspection.

On August 24, 2021, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an application from the facility requesting an increase in capacity from 56 to 84 children. CCL reviewed and accepted the application. A fire clearance request was submitted to the Oxnard Fire Department (OFD). The facility received an approved fire clearance on November 5, 2021. The facility has three approved classrooms and is adding one more classroom.

Facility Measurements:
Indoor - 3,236.27 square foot exceeds the requirements for 84 children.
Outdoor - 10,240 square feet exceeds the requirements for 84 children.

This center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.

License will be effective today, December 9, 2021 for 84 children.
