On March 3, 2022 at 10:41 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection. LPA conducted the Covid-19 screening questions prior to entering the facility. LPA met with director Lisa Loessberg and advised her the purpose of the inspection. LPA was provided a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 4 infants in care and 1 staff at the time of the inspection.

LPA observed required licensing documents mounted on the walls throughout the facility. Fire drill was last conducted on 1/15/2022. The center has two (2) classroom available for infants. LPA did not observe any hazards/toxins items accessible to children in care. Infant classroom has age-appropriate toys and furniture readily accessible for children. Facility provides cribs for infants during napping time.

The outdoor play area is completely fenced and LPA observed age appropriate toys.

A sampling of children and staff records were reviewed. Currently, infant care does not have children that require Incidental Medical services (IMS). LPA observed staff files to be complete and current. Staff CPR certification is current until May 2023. LPA verified SB792 Child Care Adult Immunization and Tuberculosis requirements.
