On October 3, 2022 at 1:19 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rona Chavez conducted a Required Annual inspection. LPA met with Director Autumn McGuire and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided a tour of the facility inside and out. There were eight (8) children in care at the time of the inspection with three (3) staff. This is a combination center with a pre-school program.

The center operates from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday. Center has required licensing documents prominently posted at the entrance of the facility and each classroom. The infant program uses one (1) classroom. The restroom and classroom were found to be clean and free of toxins and hazards. There was a diaper changing table within an arm's reach to the sink. There were age appropriate toys and furniture available to the children in care. The center does not provide any meals for the children. Children bring food from home that is labeled and stored properly. The refrigerator had each child's formula, sipping cups and bottles in their own tray and labeled. Facility has sufficient amount of cribs and the older infants use mats for nap time.
There is a functioning carbon monoxide detector that meets statutory requirement. The outdoor play area is completely fenced and has a soft surface for the infants. LPA observed age appropriate toys, equipment and shade. Drinking water is available inside and outside.
