13 | On January 18, 2023 at 10:15 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laura Villanueva made an unannounced inspection to conclude the investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Ileana Pulido, Office Manager and explained the purpose of the inspection. LPA asked pre-screening questions related to COVID-19. Office Manager's responses suggest no COVID exposure on site. LPA and Office Manager conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside. LPA observed a total of 42 children under the care and supervision of 9 staff.
LPA interviewed parents who expressed they are satisfied with the care and supervision that is provided at the child care center. Staff was interviewed with no evidence supporting allegation. The child involved in the allegation is still attending the preschool. The child attends the morning preschool program and stays for the extended program in the afternoon. LPA observed child to be smiling, eating lunch, and involved in activities. Although these allegations may have occurred, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations listed above are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given to post. |
