1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Jill Laxo and Christian Patterson conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Rosa Beltran. There were 49 children present, 8 teachers, and the director. The center was toured inside and out. There are 5 classrooms used by the day care program. Classrooms are adequately equipped with age and size appropriate furniture and equipment. Changing tables are located within arms reach of sink, and each infant in care has a current needs and services plan. Bottles are labeled with name and date for each infant. Cribs are located in a visible area. Outdoor area is equipped with appropriate toys and equipment. There are no bodies of water. Director stated there are no guns nor ammunition in the center. The center uses an electronic signature software for sign in/out. All staff have criminal record clearances. Staff took AB 1207 Mandated Reporter Training expiring on 01/18/2020. Pediatric CPR and first aid expire on 04/2020. Staff have record of immunization as required per SB 792. Center has current menu posted. All required forms are posted in a prominent location. LPAs reviewed and verified the education requirement of the infant teacher and staff. Staff files were reviewed and found complete. Children's files were randomly reviewed and found complete.
