On 10/1/25, at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Alvarez conducted an unannounced inspection at the abovementioned facility to deliver the findings for a Complaint related to alleged violations of Personal Right and Operations of a CCC. LPA met with Director Daksha Patel and advised the purpose of the inspection. LPA observed 34 children on site along with 6 staff providing care and supervision.
The investigation included observations, record reviews, interviews and 4 unannounced site inspections. As noted above, the specific allegations of the Complaint are that a staff member yells at the children attending the center.
LPA was unable to corroborate or validate the allegations of the Complaint. Contrary to the Complaint, parents interviewed stated they have never noticed or heard of an instance of a teacher yelling at the children at the facility. Also, parent reported being pleasantly satisfied with the care and supervision their children receive at the center. Additionally, during interviews, staff members maintained that they had neither yelled at children nor heard any staff members do so.
