25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisco Pedroza conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Directors Michelle Aranda and Lorraine Rojas and advised the purpose of the inspection. LPA and Directors together toured the facility inside and out. There was 85 children in care at the time of the inspection.
On 11/05/2019, it was logged that the facility contacted Community Care Licensing (CCL) to self report an incident of a child sustaining an injury while in care. The incident occurred on 10/28/2019 at or around 12:02 PM, a child tripped falling into a table during lunch. After talking with Directors, it was identified that the incident did not occur at the facility. Directors advised that the child and teacher identified in the incident report are not associated with their facility. The facility inspection was then concluded. |
