25 | Licensing Program Analysts(LPA) Ana Tolentino made an unannounced Annual Random Inspection. The purpose of the inspection was discussed with Licensee Maria Luisa Espinoza and a tour of the home was conducted inside and outside.
The home is a one story home, Licensee uses the living room, dinning room, one bathroom, sunroom and the backyard for day-care. The bedrooms are not used for day-care, kept locked and inaccessible to the children. No firearms or ammunition in the home. Detergents, cleaning products, medication and other items which could pose a danger to children are stored inaccessible to children. Fire extinguisher is a 2A10BC, last serviced 08/02/2018. Fire and disaster drills last conducted 04/17/2019. The home has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Licensee has all required forms posted on a bulletin board for parent's to view. The home provides age appropriate toys. The children have safe and comfortable accommodation. SB792 Adult Immunization and AB1207 New Mandated Reporting Training on file. Licensee was provided reading material regarding Lead Prevention.
