On February 14, 2020 at approximately 1150 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisco Pedroza conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection. LPA met with facility Director Shashini Talwatte and advised her the purpose and nature of the inspection. Together LPA and Director toured the facility inside and out. The facility had 18 infants in care at the time of the inspection. The center operates from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. This is a combined center with a Preschool component.

Licensing required notices were posted prominently on the wall in the facility office. The facility uses two classrooms for children in care. LPA observed one classroom with two staff supervising eight younger infants. The second classroom had three staff supervising 10 older infants/toddlers. Both classrooms had age appropriate toys and furnishings. The classroom had a changing table with sink readily accessible. LPA observed 10 cribs available for infants to use. Facility uses pads for older infants that do not use the cribs. Food and milk is stored in a refrigerator located in the classroom. LPA reviewed a sampling of children Individual needs & services plans and feeding plans. Children bottles and food were properly labeled with child's name and date stored in their own labeled basket in the refrigerator. Continued on 809-C
