On October 12, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rona Chavez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to amend the licensing report dated 9/21/2022 and obtain new signatures.

LPA met with Co-Director Violeta Garcia and the purpose of the inspection was discussed. Census was taken and at the time of the inspection there were 67 children in care and 10 staff providing care.

Amended report was reviewed, Signed, and a copy was provided to Co- Director.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100 if this regulation is violated.

A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided.

An exit interview was conducted with Co -Director Violet Garcia.
