25 | On 3/17/2022 at 2:05 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Austin Rios and conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with facility Director Viktoria Shevkunova and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 88 children in care at the time of the inspection.
On 3/10/2022 LPA received a email of incident. RP states that child was playing an inappropriate game with another child in the facility and that child was saying inappropriate things. RP was notified of incident 3/7/22 and incident was discussed with director and another teacher.
Today, LPA inspected the area and observed where the incident took place at.
There was 2 staff outside who witnessed the incident.. Staff observed the incident take place and immediately re-directed the child.
LPA discussed with director to make a plan having parents more aware of what children are watching or hearing outside the facility. LPA advised to director of teacher care and supervision training videos to be more self-alert and prevent further incidents from occurring in the future. Based on the information obtained, it is determined no violations have occurred, thus no deficiencies are cited during this inspection.
A notice of site visit was given.
Failure to Post the Notice of Site Visit for 30 days may result in a $100.00 Civil Penalty.
