25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Tolentino met with Licensee Marry Alamillo to conduct an Annual Random Inspection. Licensee was present with one assistant, supervising 7 children. LPA tour the inside and outside of the home.
The home is a two story home, the Licensee uses a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second floor to keep it inaccessible. The second floor is not used for day-care and is off limit to the children. The bathroom is safe and sanitary. No firearms or ammunition in the home. No bodies of water observed. Detergents, cleaning products, medication and other items which could pose a danger to children are stored inaccessible to children. Fire extinguisher is a 2A10BC, meets State Fire Marshall standards. The home has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Licensee has all required forms posted for parent's to view. The home provides age appropriate toys. The children have safe and comfortable accommodation. CPR/First Aid certificates is current for the Licensee with an expiration date of 01/2020. SB792 Adult Immunization on file. AB1207 New Mandated Reporting Training pending Spanish course . LPA provided information regarding Lead Prevention and Safe Sleeping Concept.
