There is a safety gate at the base of the stairs and the second story will be inaccessible to the children. The fireplace which is located in the living room has glass doors and will not be used. The bathroom used by children was observed to be clean and free of toxins. All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children in care. The backyard is completely fenced. No bodies of water were observed at the time of the visit.

Licensee stated that there are no weapons/ammunition in the home. The fire extinguisher was last serviced on 09/08/2019. Licensee is reminded to service or purchase the fire extinguisher yearly.
