On November 3, 2021 at 11:55 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs met with facility Director Sarah Hutson and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 26 children in care at the time of the inspection.

On September 29, 2021 Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an application from the facility for an increase in capacity from 28 infants to 36 infants. The facility requested to add a third classroom to the infant license and decrease one classroom from their preschool license. CCL received an approved fire clearance from the Ventura County Fire Department on October 27, 2021 for 36 infants.

Facility Measurements
Indoor - 2,168.36 square foot exceeds the requirements for 36 infants.
Outdoor - 4,838 square feet exceeds the requirements for 36 infants.

Facility Director advised that CCL will need an updated application with an original signature.

This center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.

License will be effective today, November 3, 2021 for 36 infants.
