On October 15, 2021 at 2:31 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. Prior to entering the facility, LPAs conducted Covid-19 screening questions. LPAs met with facility Owner Brandy Picard and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Owner provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 24 children in care at the time of the inspection.

Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an approved fire clearance from Ventura County Fire Department on September 21, 2021. The facility requested an increase in capacity from 45 to 60 children.

Facility Measurements:

Indoor - 2,775.28 square footage meets and exceeds the requirement for 60 children.

Outdoor - 5,578.11 square footage meets and exceed the requirement for 60 children.

The center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.



License will be effective today, October 15, 2021 for 60 preschool children.
