25 | On July 2, 2021 at 1:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christian Patterson conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection to the facility in order to complete an Increase of Capacity Inspection. LPA met with Karla Delgado and explained the purpose of the visit. A tour of the facility was conducted inside and outside. There were no children present at the time of the inspection.
Facility submitted an application to Community Care Licensing (CCL) requesting an increase in capacity from 24 children to 48 children for the preschool program. The facility currently has one licensed classroom (#7) and would like to add three additional school district rooms (#9, 14, and 15) to their license. On July 1, 2021 the Oxnard Fire Department inspector conducted a fire inspection. The facility received a fire clearance approval for the increase of capacity.
Facility has enough toilets and sinks to meet the needs to the children. Staff escort children to and from the restroom which is located outside the classrooms. The restroom has two sinks, two toilets, and one urinal. All classrooms have a sink and drinking water accessible.
Facility has one playground which is utilized by the program. Outside area measurements are on file.
The center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.
License capacity increase will be effective today, July 2, 2021 for a total of 48 preschool children.
