This is a change of location, previous facility number 566210644.

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Christian Patterson made an announced inspection to conduct a PRE-LICENSING change of location inspection and change of name from CVUSD's NFL @ Park Oaks. LPAs met with facility Director Amie Mills. LPAs and Director together toured the facility inside and out. The center operates from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.

The center is located on University Early Childhood Center in classroom K-2. It is operated by the Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD). A fire clearance inspection was conducted by the Ventura County Fire Department on 6/20/2019 which allows for the requested capacity of 24 children. The facility has second licensed facility on the premises CVUSD Wonder Early Childhood Center facility number 566213435.

LPAs observed age appropriate toys, games, tables, chairs, and equipment available for children. Children will be provided one snack during their time at the facility. Lunch will be provided at home after leaving or prior to arriving at the facility. LPA observed age appropriate play structures rated for two to five year olds, and shade area. Continued on 809C

There are three secured storage units located in the outdoor play area used to store outdoor equipment. Director advised that children will be provided water with a water cooler at all times.

The classroom total square footage is 1044.67, allowing the classroom to accommodate up to 30 children. There are two restroom each with one toilet. The classroom has two sinks available for children to use. The center requested and is only authorized to accommodate 24 children.

The center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.

License will be effective today, July 25, 2019 for 24 children.
