13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chayntel Hunter met with Director, Rosario Iniguez to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. During the course of the investigation, LPA Hunter conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegations. It was alleged that infants were not fed properly. Interviews conducted revealed that the facility was using objects to prop infant bottles, but had corrected the issue, since receiving a prior citation. Interviews did not corroborate that staff were still improperly feeding infants. It was also alleged that there was an outbreak at the facility that was not reported to Licensing. Based on interviews conducted it was determined that there was not an outbreak that required reporting.
Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted. Notice of Site Visit was provided.
