On March 22, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Chayntel Hunter and Mariya Melnichuk met with Assistant Director, Rosario Iniquez for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear the deficiencies, which were issued on 1/27/23.

During today's inspection LPAs toured all areas accessible to children in care and observed four infants being supervised by two teachers.

Deficiencies cited on 1/27/23 are cleared effective today. Proof of correction letters were provided. Notice of Site Visit was posted. This report was reviewed and discussed with the assistant director, Rosario Iniquez.
