25 | The facility inspection was conducted via tele-inspection due to the current state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. A case management inspection was conducted to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sandy Husband.in response to a decrease in capacity application received by the Department on 9/15/20. The licensee is requesting a decrease in the school age licensed capacity from 26 to 24. This is a combination center with a separate preschool license. The license is decreasing capacity by adding a new room, Room #4 which measures for 23 school age children and Room #3 is being repurposed for the Preschool License. Room #4 is the only room that will be used for school age care. The outdoor play yard was also decreased due to repurposing a portion of the yard to acquire Classroom #4. The new measurements for the outdoor play yard measured for 118 children. The school age children will use the play yard at separate times from the preschool children. During today's visit, the facility was operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility was toured and inspected. No deficiencies were observed. The decrease in capacity to 23 school age children is granted.
This report was reviewed and discussed with the director. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
