The search criteria you have entered has returned no results. This can happen for a number of reasons. Please try the following:

Ensure the Home Care Aide’s first name and last name are spelled correctly.
Check with the Home Care Aide to ensure that the first name, last name and PER ID given are correct.
Ensure the Home Care Aide has submitted a complete Home Care Aide Registry application.
